“YOU ALONE CAN DO IT, BUT YOU CANNOT DO IT ALONE”
This process has to be incorporated with the five fundamental elements or pillars to achieve significant and lasting effects. The five elements or pillars are:
1. FAMILY MILIEU CONCEPT
To sustain cohesiveness amongst the community as to be together as part of a family.
2. PEER PRESSURE

3. THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS

2. EMOTIONAL / PSYCHOLOGICAL (DEVELOPMENT)
This is attached through static groups, peer confrontation, emotional interviews and other miscellaneous group work.
3. SPIRITUAL / INTELLECTUAL (ENHANCEMENT)
Induction, seminars, tutorials, recreation and religious values.
4. VOCATIONAL / SURVIVAL SKILLS (ACCUMULATION)
